• "Single" ($50) - includes business card size ad in the media guide and team photo sponsor card.
• "Double" ($100) - includes quarter (1/4) page ad in the media guide, team photo sponsor card, and a VWHS baseball decal sticker.
• "Triple" ($150) - includes half (1/2) page ad in the media guide, team photo sponsor card, a VWHS baseball decal sticker, and a free copy of the media guide.
• "Home Run" ($250) - includes full (1) page ad in the media guide, team photo sponsor card, a VWHS baseball decal sticker, a free copy of the media guide, and your business logo added to our website.
• "Grand Slam" - includes all the benefits of the Home Run package, plus your ad on one of the following:
• Inside Cover ($400) - limit of 2
• Back Cover ($600) - limit of 1
• Front Cover ($800) - limit of 1
• Field Banner Sponsor ($1000)
• 6 foot x 10 foot business ad for 1-year!
• Mounted to the VWHS practice field fence
• Faces Hwy 87 with thousands of cars passing every day!
• If purchased by deadline (2/20/2026), get the Home Run package at no additional cost!

3. If applicable, purchase field banner here or renew an existing banner here by the deadline (2/20/26).
4. Email your documents (photos, ad, logos, etc.) to westhsbaseball@gmail.com by the deadline (2/20/26).

Student Ads

• Three size options: Quarter page ($50), Half Page ($75), Full Page ($100)
• Two design options:
• "Design Your Own" Ad (preferred): no additional fee and ad size is the only limitation!
• Generic Template Ad: $25 fee and the ad coordinator will use a basic template for the photo(s) and the personal message.
• Quarter Page: 1 photo + personal message
• Half Page: up to 2 photos + personal message
• Full Page: up to 4 photos + personal message
• If you sell a business ad, you will receive a free student ad of the same size.
